Pauline Allen - FounderPauline founded The Sound Learning Centre in 1994. She directs the overall management of the organisation and carries out some assessments. Phil Stickland - General ManagerFollowing a career in engineering Phil developed an interest in learning difficulties over twenty years ago and with Pauline Allen later established The Sound Learning Centre in 1994. Aste Stankute - Therapy and Training ManagerAstė has a Master’s degree in Psychology. An experienced assessor and therapist Aste is responsible for developing training for new therapists. Performs many assessments and assists clients during therapy sessions.
